Recreation Office, Town Hall at 8:00am
1. Call Meeting to Order:
Mr. Redding called the meeting to order at 8:00 am. Members present were Mr. Redding, Mr. Scafidi, and Mr. Bowen. Also present, Mr. Santos.

Director’s Report:
A. Final Budget was presented to Park Commission as prepared by Mr. Santos. Mr. Redding asked the Mr. Santos look into potential use of CPA funds as a means to fund any applicable Long Range Capital Plan items. Old Business:
A. Centennial Beach Renovation Project: Mr. Santos informed the Park Commission that plans were still being worked on and that estimated costs should be prepared by early December 2014. Mr. Santos also asked the Park Commission to approve the use of funds to pay for an estimator, to come up with “real” costs in line with current industry standards. Mr. Redding made a motion to use recreation revolving funds or gifts and grants funds to fund this expense. Seconded by Mr. Scafidi and carried…

A. Mr. Redding requested that Mr. Santos look into a solution to have the sculptures on the A.R.R.T. “covered” or “screened” on the Main Street side of the A.R.R.T. Mr. Santos to look into possible options and report back to the Park Commission
